Handle property issues, such as boundary disputes and property damage, with diligence. ·Take charge of ASB cases from start to finish, engaging in proactive case management, negotiating effective solutions, updating victims, and maintaining thorough records. You bring: ·A creative approach to finding solutions that assist residents and sustain community harmony. ·Previous experience in Housing ·Exceptional organizational skills to keep accurate records and manage casework effectively. ·Willingness to attend out-of-hours meetings and comfort with lone working. ·Essential Requirements: A full driving license and daily access to a car, as the role involves travel across estates.
