Looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1 to 1 with a boy in Reception who has Autism.
The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a pupil in Reception with Global Autism. He is a very able student and will just need some extra support in class. You will be supporting him with academic progress whilst also helping boost confidence and social skills.
The School
The school is a well-run primary school based in the south of Sheffield. It's a two-form entry school and boasts an experienced senior leadership team that continues to support all members of staff and pupils.
Requirements
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Previous experience of working with special needs would be advantageous. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
