We are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and creative Assistant Headteacher who will support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in providing professional leadership, striving for excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring high quality education for all children.
Our successful candidate will be someone who:
* is a forward thinking, ambitious, motivated and experienced class teacher who will inspire our children (the role will involve a part time teaching commitment)
* has proven leadership and management experience in the curriculum
* is enthusiastic in their approach to driving change
* is committed to supporting SEND and inclusion within the school
* can skilfully promote the school, working confidently with parents, carers and the wider community
* is a team player with effective communication and organisational skills
* is committed to supporting the Christian ethos of the school
