What You Will Be Doing
• Overseeing premises maintenance, security, health and safety, and compliance across multiple school sites
• Managing contracts for services such as cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance
• Ensuring all schools meet statutory Health and Safety regulations
• Supporting and advising school premises teams on capital projects and day-to-day estate management
• Implementing and managing compliance and asset management systems
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in estates and facilities management, preferably in the education sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple sites
• A solid understanding of Health and Safety legislation, including risk assessments and compliance management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A relevant qualification (such as NEBOSH or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards it
• A commitment to continuous professional development and the values of our Trust
