Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Economic Crime expert to further build our banking and capital markets practice. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project teams, leading the development and delivery of innovative solutions that enable our clients to become and remain compliant with applicable laws and legislation and to achieve their strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with Financial Economic Crime in the banking and capital markets industry. Key Responsibilities: Ensure your clients become and remain compliant with applicable laws and legislation regarding Financial Economic Crime in the banking and capital markets sector Lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions (such as RPA and AI) to help your clients in becoming more effective and efficient with tackling financial economic crime Manage and build a team of consultants and delivery professionals to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline and budget Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for new business Continually develop and evolve the portfolio of offerings and solutions based on market trends and demands Build and maintain an agile and high-performance culture within the team, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and development Act as an Ambassador for emagine publicly and at events Collaborate with other internal teams to support the growth and development of the practice Key Requirements: · you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience within financial economic crime and you like to make the connection with innovation · In depth understanding of financial economic crime compliance requirements and practices in the financial sector · Strong understanding of banking and capital markets business processes and technology · Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and building relationships with clients · A track record of successful project delivery, with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and scope · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs We Pride Ourselves On: Providing our people with a supportive culture, rooted in our values and driven by our purpose.
