Churchmead School is a mixed 11-18, oversubscribed Church of England Secondary School with a growing Sixth Form, situated in the picturesque village of Datchet, Berkshire, close to Windsor.

The Pastoral Support Officer will play a key role in supporting our vision for all students to achieve their potential, liaising with key stakeholders such as Heads of Year, the Designated Safeguarding Leads, teachers and parents. The successful candidate will also work closely with our Assistant Headteacher to assist in developing our program for student reflection and restoration.
The Pastoral Support Officer will work as a key part of the Pastoral Team to support positive behaviour management. They will contribute to aspects of students’ behaviour, wellbeing, participation and achievement across the school.
