Night Support Worker - 27 hours per week - 3 night shifts 22-00-07.00
Exciting opportunity to work in a small supported living home in Southsea.
You will be supporting two young men to live fulfilling lives. The young men are looking for an additional support worker, to join their established team - you will be proactive, engaging and person centred.
