Step into the role of Creative Stylist Discover an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office. Your role of Creative Stylist sits within our friendly Creative Services department. Your Role: Lead creative outfitting and styling for annual brand campaigns with a view to delivering a credible and viable commercial visual toolkit to marketing, working closely with the Head of Creative Services to ensure brand and creative alignment. Communicating out to wider teams final styling pack and collaborating with them on any requested changes. Take lead role in creative styling for any additional brand campaigns. Be an integral part of the campaign critical path, working closely with the wider teams to deliver to deadlines. Knowing and responding to key stakeholders to achieve maximum impact within product phasing. Have awareness of current and future season product and a true understanding of the direction of current and future seasons- bringing that to the fore in creative styling- attending product meetings where necessary to ensure full immersion in product and brand. Source and deliver seasonal additional styling propping. Work closely with the In House Art Directors to ensure brand vision is delivered through visual and video assets. Build outfitting for additional visual toolkit assets. Manage the in house senior and junior stylists - ensuring all work is true to brand and seasonal aesthetic. Be an integral part of the team deployed on campaign, working with the stylist to ensure all outfitting; once on model, is at it’s best. Responsible for making short notice outfitting change decisions and being flexible and adaptive to change. Bring new ideas to creative styling, delivering fresh brand impact season on season. Report into the Senior Art Director, working closely with them on all creative projects. Bring to the brand creative styling innovation, showcasing newness in a way that is brand aligned but fresh and forward. Have previous experience within a similar role within the Fashion/Lifestyle industry. Work well with wider teams and across business functions. Good communication skills are essential. Be flexible to working outside of standard hours and be available to work away from HO on location for seasonal campaigns. Be IT literate, awareness of google functions preferable but not essential. Management experience in industry is essential. Have a strong understanding and awareness of brand, with the ability to pivot season on season with nuances to direction. Have a strong understanding and awareness of current and future trends with the ability to interpret and apply where appropriate for brand. Be extremely organised and deliver to deadlines. Work well under pressure, maintaining a positive can do attitude with the ability to galvanise the teams. Where will you be working? This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - this is Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Built in 2020, our team benefits from a creative, collaborative and open plan working environment that boasts comfort and exceptional design. It’s truly a great place to work. You can expect to work onsite at The Barn, 5 days a week. However, you must be willing to offer flexibility outside of these working hours, when required, and be available to work away from Head Office on location for seasonal campaigns.
