Maintenance Operative Role Profile Main Purpose To ensure the maintenance of the property portfolio and offices. To carry out scheduled or reactive repairs of the properties to a high standard. Build and nurture relationships with internal and external customers. pecific Tasks & Responsibilities To carry out maintenance repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fixings.
