Requirements:
1. Customer Service/Account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of the team
2. You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base
3. Be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System
4. Communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core campaign objectives are met
5. Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes
6. This role requires someone who works in an organised manner, takes ownership of clients/projects, and proactively manages work in progress
7. Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts
