The successful candidate will work within the Individual Needs team, alongside teaching staff to support students to access their learning. Under the direction of the SENDCo, the successful candidate will support students with day to day tasks in order for them to access the curriculum. We expect excellent communication between the successful candidate, staff and students. All staff are expected to work alongside the teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
