Project Manager
Fixed Term Contract - Initial 12 Months
Salary - Up to 50K Plus Benefits
Location - Bournemouth - Hybrid Working
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a 12 month FTC basis. This Project Manager role is a position within the Programmes Function to support a wide variety of internal and customer work packages and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver project and/or work packages to agreed time, cost and quality parameters.
* Organise, plan, estimate, coordinate and lead the project resources and activities.
* Manage and motivate the project team.
* Manage risks and issues proactively.
* Ensure effective and open communication throughout the project team and with stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with key customer personnel.
* Manage and deliver the required deliverables for each project, phase or stage.
* Tracking, updating and reporting progress and or variance.
* Support PMO delivery, reporting and improvements.
Experience / skills / qualifications
* Plan and execute projects and work packages to deliver agreed benefits including the development and implementation of change management plans.
* Help sponsors and stakeholders to understand and fulfil their role in successfully landing sustainable change.
* Continuously improve effectiveness of processes in area of expertise.
* Risk assessment and management of business change including assessing and analysing change impacts and the organisation’s readiness for change.
* Supporting Programmes Function to set up and apply appropriate process, tools, measures and techniques (including risk management, change management)
