Responsibilities Alliance Personnel are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client's team in managing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Assist in the preparation of financial statements Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information Support the finance department with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience working with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks Proficiency in data entry and financial services Familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday is advantageous Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Working hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 14:30pm, Friday 9:30am - 14:00pm
