A leading company in the horticulture industry—renowned for blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation—is looking for a German & Italian Speaking Administrator to support their International Partner Network Team. About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing Licence & Distribution Agreements, invoicing royalties, and maintaining accurate records for our licensed growers across Europe. Acting as a key link between partners and the Business Development Team, you’ll ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and excellent communication.
Operating in a dynamic B2B supply chain, you will engage with clients at all levels—from large-scale growers to retailers—gaining hands-on industry experience in a globally connected business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process & analyse sales orders
2. Invoice royalties & sales orders
3. Maintain accurate customer profiles & records
4. Update pricing matrices & stock management
5. Communicate with network partners across Europe
6. Develop in-depth product & brand knowledge
7. Support the International Partner Network Team
8. Extract key insights from documents & figures, presenting information clearly
9. Travel within Europe when required
What We're Looking For:
1. Fluency in German, Italian, and English (spoken & written)
2. Highly organised & detail-oriented
3. Strong administrative & communication skills
4. Ability to process data & manage records effectively
5. A team player who values collaboration
6. Cultural awareness & adaptability for global business interactions
7. Previous administrative experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
