* Leading the sales process onsite and throughout the customer journey, ensuring we tell the story of the house in the most exciting possible way and working closely with the Sales and Planning Manager and their team throughout the client journey.
* Building relationships with all clients and suppliers to ensure a seamless guest experience and being the face of the event or visit for Kin House.
* Defining actionable ways to deliver a memorable guest experience throughout the client journey from viewing, through planning and on the event itself, empowering and inspiring the team to do the same. Establish moments of magic and thoughtfulness that will make every client experience extra special, including everything from clients’ gifts to the tasting experience.
* Being an energetic and warm host, from check-in to check-out.
* Ensuring the house standards are maintained, presentation is kept at the highest levels at all times and pro-actively identifying areas of improvement or refinement.
* Supporting the Head of Operations (HOO) on planning a yearly calendar of complimentary in-house workshops for clients and supplier collaborations.
* Being present on event days to help host and capture social media content.
* Supporting the HOO on maintaining the standards of our core brand touch points across every area of the business, i.e menu design, F&B offerings, and in-house styling.
* Working closely with management to co-ordinate key press events.
* Working with management to pro-actively seek new business opportunities.
* Oversight of the planning process, responding to clients and managing event and visit details. Adapting to specific event requirements, from hotel allocations, invoicing, table plans, and event reporting to provide a seamless service throughout.
* Managing feedback and event reports to allow for consistent and continued improvement.
* Excellent knowledge of our products and services, including drinks packages, menus and upsells.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a 5* service.
* Exercise excellent judgement and decision making.
* Customer service driven and a proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, both orally and written and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Driving license.
Package:
* Holiday allowance of 23 days (plus bank holidays).
* 45 hours over 5 days inclusive of weekends.
