Role: Internal Sales / Customer Account Specialist
Salary: £26,500 to £32,500 per annum + Benefits (23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, bonus, share scheme)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am till 4:30pm
Location: Commutable from Mansfield, Nuthall, Matlock, Little Eaton, Derby and Nottingham and surrounding areas

This superb UK manufacturing company with staff numbers over 100+ and growing, provides various engineered products and equipment to the Construction & Facilities Management industries, specifically environmental solutions that are utilized extensively within Commercial Buildings across the UK.
Whilst their products may be technical, we do not require someone from a technical background. Training will be provided and given. Others in the team have not come from a technical background and love the job they do.
Whilst working in a rather large company, it is a small, young, dynamic and loyal team of 7 staff members.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be a key member of the Team. You will be responsible for:
1. Generating new enquiries and developing customer relationships.
2. Progressing projects to order and providing quotes and technical advice for customer accounts within an agreed territory.
3. Acting as the first point of contact for all sales enquiries and orders received via phone and email.
4. Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
5. Taking ownership of the entire life cycle of the order and project, acting as liaison between departments.
6. Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the project.
7. Providing quotations and communicating with other tendering companies.
8. Maximizing all sales opportunities.
9. Producing accurate and clear quotes for customers.
10. Partaking in customer meetings to discuss project particulars.
11. Following up on quotes within three days of issue.
12. Working towards increasing the number of Key Accounts.
13. Preparing a monthly forecast to assist with production planning.
14. Working towards KPI's to maintain productivity and meet objectives.
Requirements
The hiring manager is open to the background and experience. Ideally in any of the following; internal sales, customer service, account management, sales, call center, etc.
1. Confident with good communication skills to liaise with customers.
2. Self-motivated and driven.
3. Enthusiastic with a hunger for success.
4. Comfortable with outbound calling.
5. Computer literate.
