Salary starting from £26,339.04 up to £32,540.82 per annum.
Rotating shift patterns of 3 on 4 off, including both day and night shifts.

We're Looking For People That Can
* Contribute to the successful running of the production operation, helping us meet and beat our daily plans.
* Operate equipment efficiently and manage shift handovers effectively.
* Take prompt action to prevent accidents and near misses and have a strong awareness of health and safety.
* Maintain equipment to the highest of cleanliness standards, using dedicated CIP set as and when necessary.
* Work closely with a range of colleagues including engineering to minimise machine downtime in order to meet the production plan.
* Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately and correctly.
* Seek ways to continually improve activities to improve safety and increase cost efficiencies.

* Have a proactive approach towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Have good communication skills and be a team player.
* Be computer literate in order to operate machinery and systems.
