£300 Per Day Morgan and McKinley are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Interim Finance Business Partner (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) to join a growing finance team in Hertfordshire.
The successful contractor for this role will be an ambitious and adaptable FBP who can provide strategic insights to support key processes across our client's business:
Key responsibilities as follows:
Facilitate regular performance reviews with key functions such as HR, IT, and Marketing.
Ensure precise cost allocations and manage intercompany recharges across entities.
Champion ongoing improvements in reporting quality and system utilisation (e.g., Sage, Tableau, Power BI).
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts related to central support departments.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for support functions.
Deliver meaningful variance analysis with actionable insights for departmental leaders.
Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
Take full ownership of process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
