Job Description
* Act as the lead contact and business coach for assigned salons.
* Develop and maintain productive, influential relationships with key stakeholders/ franchisees to improve business results.
* Assist franchisees in developing structured business growth plans and objectives.
* Analyse data and conduct in-person observations to identify root cause issues and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and address any issues that may pose risks to the brand.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support franchisee success.
* Provide guidance on financial planning, including budgeting and return on investment analysis.
* Travel to franchise locations as needed to provide on-site support and coaching.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Franchise Business Partner should have:
* Experience working with franchisees or in a franchised business model within Retail.
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health and beauty salon, retail, or hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial metrics.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
* Exceptional skills in business planning, strategy development, and financial management.
* Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage with franchise partners effectively.
* A solid background in promoting brand value and driving sales performance.
* Proficiency in ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.
