Whether youre setting up AV systems, supporting IT infrastructure, or solving technical issues, no two days will be the same. A Typical Day in the Job: Providing day-to-day IT support to internal staff and external clients. Managing and responding to tickets on the helpdesk system. Supporting and maintaining IT systems, both remotely and on-site. Assisting with system configuration and troubleshooting AV/IT setups. Attending regular maintenance visits and emergency callouts when needed. Working alongside the wider team on AV and IT installations. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge: Confident and professional, with strong interpersonal skills for client-facing work. Proactive and solutions-focused with a passion for IT and AV technology. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. A full UK driving licence (required for site visits). A Grade 5/C in GCSE English and a Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths is required for this role. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £14,722.50 per annum.
