You will be supported by our very own Therapeutic Team, with our very own Trauma Informed model underpinned by PACE, PERMA & PBS.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Foster a safe, inclusive, and a supportive nurturing environment.
2. Lead, support and nurture a Health and Social Care team, inclusive of a Deputy Manager, Team Leader and Support Workers.
What You’ll Need
1. A minimum 1-year experience working as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager or a strong Team Leader looking at stepping up and taking on the responsibility of a deputy manager.
2. Driving Licence.
3. NVQ Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care * Level 5 desirable but not essential.
