About the Role
We are working with an extremely innovative and ambitious world leading manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, a true Lincolnshire success story.
They are currently looking for an additional Maintenance Engineer to support their growth.

This is a hands-on role where you will apply your engineering expertise to keep production running efficiently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work in state of the art facilities and play a vital role in a fast paced business where vitamin and supplements are delivered to over 50 countries.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work with a wide range of equipment, including capsule, tablet, gummy and softgel manufacturing machinery, as well as packaging and blending equipment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance & Repairs – Carry out planned maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
2. Fault Diagnosis – Quickly identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
3. Process Optimisation – Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. Monitor production Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and work to improve these metrics.
4. Quality Control - Maintain a positive focus on costs, quality, and health and safety.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
5. Level 3 Engineering Qualification (or equivalent) – ideally cross-trade accredited.
6. Relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in food, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries.
7. Hands-on experience with automatic filling, capping, blister packaging, labelling machinery.
8. Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft applications.
Technical Knowledge:
9. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Ideally, experience with various types of manufacturing and packaging equipment, including capsule & tablet manufacturing, gummy & softgel production, blending & packaging lines or metal detection systems would be useful.
