Senior Occupational Therapist (special interest in Rehabilitation/Orthopaedics) - 37.5hrs/ week
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our rehabilitation team as Band 6 OT based at Heathlands Bracknell.
We are looking for dynamic, professional and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists with a special interest in rehabilitation to join our friendly & supportive team. The team is led by a B8 Physiotherapist/ward manager but includes senior and junior PT's as well as therapy practitioners.
We have great CPD opportunities within the Trust and support by practice development to facilitate development in relation to complex care.

Main duties of the job
Heathlands Rehabilitation Unit is receiving patients requiring rehabilitation from Frimley Park Hospital and other sites, so caseloads are varied and offer plenty of opportunity for you to use your existing skills and continue to learn new ones.
The main responsibilities of the role include clinical and educational support of colleagues within the team, rehabilitation, and discharge planning of patients presenting with a variety of complex medical and social needs.
