Job Description
* Maintaining accurate records in compliance with local and international regulations
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and data analysis
* Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for smooth logistics operations
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
* Handling administrative tasks and correspondence related to customs
* Staying updated with changes in customs regulations and implementing them
* Supporting the logistics team in various tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customs Administrator should have:
* Experience in a similar customs/logistics/import/export role would be advantageous but not essential
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Competent in data entry and record-keeping
