Job summary We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take up a post as a deputy sister / deputy charge nurse. We are looking to recruit someone with strong management/ leadership experience who can directly deputise for the ward sister in her absence alongside running the ward and leading the team. Cardiology experience is an advantage but we will consider other candidates with strong leadership experience in acute areas. The aim of the Coronary Care Unit is to provide holistic care for acute Cardiology patients, utilizing a coordinated multi-disciplinary approach, resulting in optimal patient outcomes. This includes the initiation of early intervention as appropriate.
