Internal Auditor, ISO, H&S, Audits, Northwich/Cheshire, Immediate Start, 6 Months FTC, £Good We are actively seeking an Internal Auditor/Process Assurance Auditor as an immediate start to join our compliance team due to exciting new growth. This position will initially be offered as a six-month fixed-term contract, commencing immediately, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. The position will be based in Northwich, Cheshire at our head office, with working hours being from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, with possibility to work from home 2 days a week. The Role: The primary focus of the Process Assurance Auditor is to plan, conduct and document internal audits against our current suite of ISO certifications (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 20000 Service, ISO 22301 Business Continuity, ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 14001 Environmental Management) Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers. In addition to internal audit, the role supports the Process Assurance function by providing administrative and organisational support. What will you be doing? Ensure compliance with Comms-care suite of ISO standards, Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers, other legal requirements as required. Plan, conduct and document internal audits against our Integrated Management System and Health and Safety and Environmental legal registers Plan, conduct and document desk top reviews with interested parties Concise note taking during meetings and associated write-ups Assist with planning of external audits Assist host, or act as host during the external audit Monitoring and reporting on internal and external audit actions Maintain and develop professional knowledge in relation the current a future Comms-care ISO Certifications Provide administrative support Additional ad-hoc tasks for various Comms-care, Ingram Micro departments The Person: Lead auditor qualified, preferably against ISO 9001 An understanding of our suite of ISO certifications A basic understanding of Health and Safety and Environmental legislation in relation to an IT services provider Affective communication at all levels Ability to work towards tight deadlines Ability to manage own workload / time effectively Ability to identify company risk through internal audit Proficient in English (spoken and written) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint About Comms-care Comms-care is a leading channel-only provider of IT support and service solutions.
