Are you a highly organised Project Manager/Coordinator with experience in roofing contracts or a strong background in construction? Join our dynamic team, overseeing multiple teams and projects while ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Team & Labour Management: Coordinate and oversee 12+ roofing teams, ensuring efficient scheduling and problem-solving.
🔹 Project Planning & Scheduling: Manage timelines, factoring in weather, accessibility, and client needs.
🔹 Materials & Stock: Order materials, maintain stock levels, and coordinate deliveries.
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with housebuilders, contracts managers, and suppliers while ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
🔹 Office & Logistics: Manage drivers, oversee admin support, and ensure seamless yard operations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in roofing contracts or a strong construction background (solar/new build experience is a plus).
✔ Leadership & organisation skills – able to manage multiple teams with clear, firm communication.
✔ Client-facing experience – comfortable liaising with housebuilders & suppliers.
✔ Proactive & hands-on – thrives in a fast-paced, office-based role.
This is a fully office-based role in Wednesbury (WS10) – hybrid working is not available.
