As an HR Business Partner, you will provide full generalist HR support driving employee engagement, recruitment, training and reward initiatives as part of a small and focused HR team. Key Responsibilities: HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees in the areas of employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement and performance management. Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with both internal and external customers. Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to the engagement of candidates, ensuring the attraction, assessment and placing of high calibre individuals. Who are we looking for? Previous operational HR experience within a customer facing HR role, ideally in a manufacturing environment A practical knowledge of Human Resources processes and administrative procedures High levels of emotional intelligence Customer-focused Tech savvy with strong numerical and excel skills Graduate or equivalent What can we offer you?
