Overview: Our client is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital activity across social, content, web, and demand generation. This is a key role in scaling the marketing function, working closely with SDRs, Portfolio Leads, and agency partners to drive outcomes and attract new business. You’ll be a highly analytical self-starter who loves to collaborate. SEO and PPC is supported via agencies, and you’ll have a good working knowledge of both disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Content Own and grow the LinkedIn presence with high-impact, engaging content. Plan and produce SEO-aligned content (blogs, case studies, podcasts, videos). Manage and optimise the website for user experience and lead generation. Demand Generation Deliver targeted ABM campaigns alongside SDRs and Portfolio Leads. Build automated email journeys and nurture workflows to convert leads. Support broader campaigns and events—both digital and in-person. Performance & Innovation Monitor key marketing metrics and optimise based on insights. Test and adopt AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and targeting. What You Bring: Proven B2B marketing experience. Strategic and hands-on approach. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
