The Role:
* Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant.
* Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
* Location: Waltham Forest, East London.
* Start Date: Immediate.
* Contract: Full-time, term-time only.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and EYFS staff, supporting children's learning, play, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in delivering engaging and creative EYFS activities, supporting the Early Years curriculum.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups, helping children develop their social, emotional, and communication skills.
* Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment, ensuring all children feel safe, confident, and valued.
* Support children with phonics, early numeracy, and language development.
* Help manage daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and structured learning sessions.
* Work closely with parents and staff to provide feedback on children's progress.
What We're Looking For:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Experience working in a Nursery, Reception, or Early Years setting.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with staff and parents.
