We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This is a unique opportunity for a highly capable, strategic, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will act as a critical right-hand support, ensuring the MD’s time is optimized, priorities are managed, and business goals are advanced efficiently. This is not just an administrative role—it requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and solve challenges before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage the MD’s complex diary, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless scheduling.
* Act as the first point of contact for the MD, handling correspondence and communication with discretion and professionalism.
* Coordinate key business meetings, preparing agendas, briefing documents, and following up on action items.
* Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
* Liaise with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
* Assist in the planning and execution of internal events.
* Oversee and manage key administrative functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs and addressing challenges.
* High emotional intelligence and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in media, publishing, events, or a similar sector.
* Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
* A keen interest in business growth, strategy, and operational excellence.
