Role Overview
If you enjoy building strong customer relationships, this high-profile role managing technical accounts offers excellent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing customer technical accounts and acting as the interface for quality product delivery across the supply chain.
2. Hosting customer site visits and deputising for the TSM and Technical Director when required.
3. Managing major retailer accounts such as Tesco, ASDA, JS, and Morrisons, as well as Foodservice customers like Pret, Zizi, and M&B, along with B2B clients.
4. Sharing product knowledge, retailer codes of practice, and technical standards across the business.
5. Developing training programmes for staff and collaborating with functional managers to ensure BRC AA standards are met.
6. Ensuring policies and procedures related to HACCP, product safety, QMS, and regulatory compliance are in place.
7. Maintaining accurate specifications for products and materials and liaising with internal stakeholders for updates.
Additional Information
This is a key senior role with potential for growth and increased responsibility, including working closely with and deputising for the Technical Director.
