We are on the search for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our People Team. We're a trusted fulfilment partner for hundreds of eCommerce brands, not only in the UK but internationally. Since 2010 we've grown our HQ here in Northampton, and have also put down roots in America, Australia, Canada and Europe and there's no sign of us slowing down yet.
What you will be doing...
We're a fast-moving, rapidly growing organisation so no two days will be the same. Typically you will be supporting our Talent Manager and People Manager in the following:
* Updating candidates throughout their application and interview process, ensuring responses are within agreed timeframes
* Scheduling interviews, both on-site and via telephone, to ensure a smooth recruitment process
* Assisting with screening high volumes of CVs and applications quickly and accurately
* Helping with new hire paperwork, including scanning documents and creating employee records
* Assisting in maintaining our HR system, CIPHR, uploading records such as Return to Work meeting notes and other correspondence
* Supporting with the preparation and collation of various letters, including parental leave, flexible working requests and reference requests
* Providing general administrative support, such as collating information, note-taking, and assisting with exit interviews

* Previous experience in a HR Administration / Recruitment role
* Exceptional organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
* Adaptability to handle fast-moving, changing priorities
* High levels of attention to detail
* Effective communication skills at all levels
* Ideally, experience working with applicant tracking software and HR systems
