We’re looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, support, and coordination for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and project stakeholders, providing professional and courteous support.
2. Coordinate communication between clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
3. Monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and documentation in the CRM system.
5. Support the project team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
6. Assist in preparing customer feedback reports and identifying areas for service improvement.
7. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative roles (preferably in an engineering or project-focused environment).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems experience.
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
6. Familiarity with engineering or construction projects is a plus but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
