Main duties of the job
Working within a Multidisciplinary Team you will provide a high quality of service to children/young people and their families, ensuring their care, education and therapy needs are met.
You will need to be a registered nurse, experience of working with children and young people with complex disabilities and complex health needs is desirable. With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
