Justteachers are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA or experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join this friendly and supportive team at a large primary school in South Manchester on a full-time basis. In this role you will support teaching staff across Key Stage One and Key Stage (Y2 - Y5) and lead small group interventions to support pupil progress. You will be required to take larger or whole class groups as required. The position starts in September (or potentially earlier) and could become permanent for the right candidate. The Role: Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across a range of subjects during PPA time. Lead targeted interventions to boost pupils learning and confidence. Work closely with teachers to ensure seamless learning experiences for all pupils. Adapt lessons and resources to support children with different learning needs. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Requirements HLTA qualification /Strong Level 3. Experience leading whole-class lessons and delivering interventions. Confident working across all year groups, from EYFS to Year 6. A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning. Two education or school-based references are essential. A current Enhanced DBS or the willingness to apply for one.
