As People & Culture Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance, advice and support to managers and colleagues on all aspects of People & Culture within Primark. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Guidance and Coaching : You will support, guide, and coach managers on all people related matters, providing guidance on P&C policy and procedures, ensuring these are kept up to date with the relevant employment legislation. You will support line managers to ensure that Primark’s talented colleagues are identified, nurtured, and developed, coaching line managers on using effective succession planning tools. Employee Relations : You will oversee employee relation cases, such as underperformance, misconduct and grievance matters ensuring that any disciplinary action taken is fair and reasonable. Payroll and Administration: You will oversee the payroll and P&C administration function ensuring that high standards are maintained. Engagement and Communication: You will engage with managers on our company engagement survey results to ensure that two-way conversation is encouraged, listened to and action plans implemented. Recruitment: Combine efforts with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to embody a strategic, clever, and reputable method in the recruitment and evaluation of candidates. You will conduct interviews with hiring managers when required, ensuring all candidates have a positive experience.
