Role Objective:
Reporting to the Guest Experience Managers, the Guest Experience Supervisor will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• A unique opportunity to cover and lead Front Office and Food and Beverage shifts
• Supervise day-to-day operations: Food and Beverage, Accommodation and Front Office
• Work with Guest Experience Managers to stay within budgeted guidelines for food, beverage and payroll costs
• Show off your skill and personality through the creation of signature drinks and bespoke menu items
• Create opportunities to maximise revenue by up-skilling the team
• Demonstrate competence in Front Office operations
• Collaborate with heads of departments to ensure exceptional guest service in all departments
• Ensure compliance with brand standards in all departments
Requirements Include:
• An Exuberant personality
• Previous experience in a 4-star hotel is desired but not essential
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills: both written and oral
• The ability to work on own initiative, as well as being able to collaborate successfully as part of a team
• Micros and Opera Experience would be preferred but full training will be provided
• Availability to work shifts which will include early starts and late finishes.
