Due to an internal move, they are looking to add a Sales Manager/Director into their Mayfair office.They are for a brand ambassador to manage our sales department in Mayfair. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of estate agency experience with 3 year’s in management. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a successful Sales team within a high-performing office, whilst also demonstrating the ability to build new business and grow market share.
