We seek a Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing team for the company based in Droitwich.
Job Title: Paint sprayer
Hours: 07:30-16:30 Monday till Thursday and 08:00-13:00 Friday (39hrs in total)
Overtime: Mon - Saturday x1.5, Sunday is x2
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £13.18 to £14.60 (Salary £26,733 - £29,604)
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
2. Apply paint using spray guns or other equipment to various surfaces including metal and other materials.
3. Ensure even coverage and a smooth finish by adjusting spray guns and equipment settings.
4. Inspect painted surfaces for quality, making necessary touch-ups or corrections.
5. Maintain and clean spray guns, booths, and other equipment regularly.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Keep accurate records of work performed, including paint types and quantities used.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
9. Adhere to company standards and specifications for paint application.
