What You’ll Be Doing:
* Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Learning, Performance, and Talent Management modules.
* Configure and maintain HCM systems, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
* Lead new automation initiatives and solve roadblocks for your department.
* Collaborate with business leaders to address technology needs and implement innovative solutions.
* Test system changes and ensure smooth transitions with no negative downstream impacts.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* 7+ years of experience with Workday HRIS
* Preferred HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP
* 5+ years of experience configuring modules in Workday
