Job Overview The Summer Programme Director is responsible for the successful planning, recruitment, and execution of an international summer programme. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive international student recruitment efforts while ensuring the seamless operation of the programme, including academic, logistical, and student experience elements. Key Responsibilities International Student Recruitment: Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to attract international students. Establish partnerships with international schools, and recruitment agencies. Coordinate marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and promotional events to increase programme visibility. Monitor and analyse enrollment trends to optimise recruitment efforts. Liaise with admissions and visa processing teams to support international applicants. Programme Operations & Management: Oversee the planning and execution of all summer programme activities, ensuring a high-quality experience for students. Manage programme logistics, including accommodation, transportation, catering, and campus facilities. Recruit, train, and supervise programme staff, including academic instructors and student support teams. Develop and implement health, safety, and safeguarding policies for international students. Collaborate with faculty and guest lecturers to design engaging academic content and extracurricular activities. Monitor programme performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in international student recruitment, admissions, or programme management. Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills. Excellent communication and cross-cultural competency. Ability to manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships effectively. Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage. Experience working in high education, secondary education or summer school setting is desirable. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
