As a Quality Technician, you'll provide essential support and guidance, ensuring products and processes meet the company's exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary quality contact on the shopfloor, providing support and addressing issues.
Conduct internal audits in line with the quality plan.
Perform quality checks on samples from core manufacturing processes.
Lead initial root cause analyses, focusing on practical and immediate containment measures.
Use APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) tools to support and guide colleagues through the quality transformation process.
Update documentation and communicate with operators to ensure compliance with standards.
Represent quality principles in a professional manner, promoting the company's commitment to excellence.What You'll Bring:
An HNC-level qualification in a relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in a quality role, manufacturing specialty, or inspection (preferred).
