The role is to support the Practice Manager in all aspects of the practice operationally, being a visible leader for the team, managing premises, health and safety and ensuring high quality service delivery from all departments. Responsibility for overseeing clinical and admin rota.Undertake annual appraisal, regular performance reviews, disciplinary and absence reviews. Recruitment, training and development of the team, including organising structured and adhoc training sessions.
