Reporting to the Head of Tooling and Automation (T&A) UK&I, this role will provide thought leadership and design/implementation expertise related to the use and exploitation of AI and Generative AI technologies in the automation of business & service activities within HC&I.
Tasks
1. Act as the primary interface on all Generative AI issues and opportunities within the HC&I Automation team.
2. Develop and maintain an AI & Gen-AI Automation strategy/roadmap for HC&I, gaining stakeholder agreement and managing implementation plans.
3. Maintain strong relationships with Global GenAI and Automation teams for collaboration and sharing of innovations.
4. Understand sub-practices and collaborate with senior managers on automation use cases.
5. Design, develop, and deploy Atos GenAI Platform instances within UK customer environments.
6. Manage and support the development of Automation use cases involving AI or Generative AI technologies.
7. Maintain awareness of product developments within the Generative AI Marketplace.
8. Experiment with and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies for HC&I Automation ambitions.
9. Represent HC&I within the Atos Generative AI Yammer community.
10. Provide architectural design for required automation solutions.
11. Provide pre-sales support on new business deals identifying automation opportunities.
12. Utilise internal social media and meetings to build an active HC&I community interested in Generative AI.
13. Contribute to the development of a HC&I Automation Strategy.
14. Maintain awareness of Atos GenAI Portfolio offerings.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in managing automation solutions.
2. Significant industry knowledge of Automation, AI, and GenAI Technologies.
3. Excellent understanding of AI and GenAI technologies and their design principles.
4. Good commercial knowledge with an appreciation of automation cost reduction levers.
5. Ability to think laterally and plan strategically.
6. Experience in developing technology and service roadmaps.
7. Understanding of effective customer-focused solutions.
8. Ability to assess technology investment from a service and commercial view.
9. Industry knowledge of latest trends.
10. Solid understanding of project management methods.
11. Knowledge of risk assessment and management techniques.
12. In-depth knowledge of Atos offerings related to Automation, AI, and GenAI.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
14. Ability to positively influence senior stakeholders.
15. Understanding of TOGAF methodologies.
16. Degree educated or equivalent (NVQ Level 6-7).
