Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include but are not limited to:
3. Review outstanding invoices and prepare Better Payment Practice Code (BPPC) report
4. Produce and complete Supplier setup requests as and when required
5. Reconcile control accounts for Statement of Financial Position codes
6. Investigate unallocated income and advise correct allocation or budget code
7. Ensure VAT claim is submitted in a timely and accurate manner
8. Produce and upload the Accounts Payable Collection return
9. Support the production of the monthly agency cost analysis reconciliation
10. General Finance Administration
The Successful Applicant
The Finance Assistant will:
11. Previous experience working in a finance environment
12. Have experience in a high volume processing role
13. Have excellent communication skills
14. Be willing to learn
15. Have good Microsoft Excel skills
