We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to oversee the care and wellbeing of children in a residential setting. The Registered Children's Manager will be responsible for care planning, staff supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage individual care plans, ensuring they meet children's needs.
* Lead and supervise care staff, providing training and support.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and best practice guidelines.
* Conduct health and wellbeing assessments, adjusting care as needed.
* Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.

* Proven leadership in a residential or care home setting.

Job Details:
* Salary: £53,000 - £55,000 per year
* Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
* Benefits: Company pension
