Purpose of the Role: As a PMO Analyst, you will support project delivery by monitoring risks, finances, and progress while ensuring compliance with project management standards. You will provide guidance, coordinate activities, and collaborate with technical, data, and finance teams to achieve strategic objectives. As a PMO Analyst, you will be: Monitoring project risks, issues, finances, and progress to ensure alignment with goals. Supporting project governance by ensuring adherence to agreed methods, standards, and processes. Providing professional guidance and coordination to teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders. Overseeing project activities, managing assurance reviews, and implementing recommendations. Collaborating with technical, data, and finance teams to drive successful project delivery. What we require from the candidate: Proven experience in delivery management, with a strong ability to oversee and execute project and programme outcomes, ensuring they align with business objectives. Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies. Solid background in managing project finances, including reviewing budgets, financial tracking, and ensuring financial health throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrated experience working with technical and data teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of complex projects. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external parties to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes.
