We are looking for a Part time Office Assistant to join an innovative company based near Woburn. This is a 4-6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment for the right candidate The role will include a range of duties, from organising travel and accommodation to general day to day administration. Working Mondays and Wednesdays with one other flexible day, 09:00-17:00, this position offers hybrid working. Duties of the Office Assistant will include but not be limited to: Ensuring Data protection licences are in place. Order stationery and office consumables. Sorting the incoming post. Assist with organising staff events. Manage and schedule meeting rooms. Order corporate gifts. Organise travel, accommodation, and transport as required. Day to day administration. Personal Attributes: Work well off your own initiative. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Previous administration experience. Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Organisational skills. Able to adapt to company needs and multitask as needed.
