We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fluent Welsh Learning Support Worker to join our team in the Swansea area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Welsh and have experience working with students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic potential.
* Assist in the delivery of lessons, ensuring students are actively engaged and supported throughout their learning.
* Help students with specific needs, including those with learning difficulties, to access the curriculum.
* Encourage students' use of the Welsh language in both formal and informal settings.
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students with their social and emotional development, promoting their well-being.
* Keep accurate records of student progress and report any concerns to the relevant staff members.
Key Requirements:
* Fluent Welsh speaker with the ability to communicate effectively in both Welsh and English.
* Previous experience working in an educational or learning support role is preferred but not essential.
* A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students.
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in education.
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties.
* A relevant qualification in education or support work is beneficial but not essential.
* A positive attitude towards continuous professional development.
